You are correct, unfortunately the documentation is not in sync with
some recent changes to the directory structure. The hotdeploy
directory did replace both the components and deploy directories. As
for the ServiceMix JMX Console, I don't know the state of that for
sure, but I think it may not be actively developed because most folks
use either Jconsole or MC4J.
If you're interested to fix up the docs, we'd really appreciate the
help. The website is backed by a wiki and all you need to do is
register for an account in order to start contributing changes. Just
