There are currently a few things that need to be fixed for ServiceMix 3.2.1to work with the JBoss deployer. For a workaround you can modify the jboss deployer pom.xml as outlined here: http://markmail.org/message/7dx3vkuwxghwlt3u and update the servicemix version property to any of the 3.2 or 3.3 versions.
The JBoss libraries used to compile the deployer are just interfaces so you don't really need to alter the JBoss version. I have deployed the installer produced by this config in 4.2.2 with no problems.
