Yeah, it means the component has not been able to generate the wsdl for
some reason.  Does the target endpoint have a WSDL ?  You can check that
from JConsole if needed.  If it has, you need to make sure the target endpoint
is activated before the http one by ordering the service units correctly in the
SA pom.xml, as it controls the order in which the SU are started.
