You could also try the Camel component SNAPSHOT from here: http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-snapshot-repository/org/apache/servicemix/servicemix-camel/3.2.2-SNAPSHOT
This snapshot was deployed last night and contains Camel 1.3.0 and I am pretty sure it will work with any of the previous ServiceMix 3.2.x releases, but I'm not positive.
