Ok thank you all, I checked out this morning and I finally found: - in my bc-consumer (I shouldn't have focused on the mysterious SE): the prefix I used for calculatorUser was misspelled. - the SA created and in fact it wasn't updated (calculatorUser="XXXX" still wrong), I deleted the target folders and mvn install again (then it was updated and working)
