I guess your local repo already have
org.apache.activemq:activeio-core:test-jar:tests:3.1-SNAPSHOTI reproduce
this problem, so you don't see the problem.
I just reproduce it and found that in
samples/bridge/bridge-sa-itest/pom.xml explicitly refer activemq.version
as 5.0, so we should remove it

from 5.0
