dynamic recipient list using camel

Hi All,

       How i can implement dynamic recipient list (using xml configuration
not using DSL) in camel . I am using servicemix 3.2.1 version which contains
camel 1.2

       I have gone through Recipient list pattern in camel. And when i use
this config in my eclipse :
 
                                       <recipientList>
                                           <recipients>
                                                <header name="foo"/>
                                            </recipients>
                                        </recipientList>

It is showing errors. what is the problem? Any help on this would be
appreciated.
