we are in the voting process to release the second set of bundles, so
it's not in the public centrel repo yet.
The work around is
1. add "http://people.apache.org/~gnodet/staging/bundles-2/"; repo link
into the pom or your maven settings.xml
or
2. check code from [1], cd bundles-pom-2, run "mvn install"
