Thank you for your response. It's good to know the issue is being worked on. 
After commenting the line in servicemix.xml, getting a different error.
Please see trace below. My test file is called file.xml and it has a single
line: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>. Do you know whether certain
file format is expected?
