I know that rt.jar is in application classpath by default (I tried to add
rt.jar to the servicemix classpath because of frustration).

I use jre 1.6.0_07-b06 and therefore I don't understand why I get the 
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: sun/misc/BASE64Encoder
