As mentioned on the web page, you need to grab a source distribution. Alternatively, a prebuilt war can be downloaded from the maven repo: http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/servicemix/servicemix-web-console/3.3/ Just download the war and drop it into any web container. The default configuration will connect to an already started servicemix instance on the same server.
