Hi,

we installed Servicemix 3.4.1 fuse and got the same error. So a colleagueand
I reviewed our code and found the problem on one synchronous IN/OUT message
exchange where we weren't returning a Done Status. So the thread handling
this synchronous message exchange was waiting for ever. The logical
consequence was that the servicemix thread pool was runing out of threads
and then servicemix stucks.

Regards
Crimor
