Maciek, We're currently using Felix 1.9.0-SNAPSHOT for building Karaf. Ideally, this means that we will release Karaf with whatever the next release of Felix is, provided that the Felix release is available at that time. If not, we usually stabilize a snapshot and use that instead, so if that fix is in Karaf now, we'll probably have it in the release as well.
