L.S., This warning message is being caused by the multicast discovery mechanism for ActiveMQ. The ActiveMQ broker on your machine has discovered another broker that's running on a box whose hostname is centos18. Your machine is unable to contact the other broker using this name and that's why you get the warning.
If you don't need both brokers to connect to each other, the easiest way to get rid of this warning is by disabling multicast discovery as explained in http://servicemix.apache.org/javanetsocketexception-error-setting-options.html (it's another error, but the same solution applies).
