Thanks for the suggestion, I had tried with these combinations, but still the
error is same.
DEBUG - FtpComponent - Scheduling file /test.xml for
processing
DEBUG - FtpComponent - Processing file /test.xml
DEBUG - FtpComponent - Skipping /test.xml: the file no longer
exists on the server
I failed to notice the above line earlier, I have verified that the file exists
on the server
