Thanks for the update Lars.
I'm going to try to reproduce the issue to identify exactly what's
happening.

JB,
I don't know the exact problem which breaks the console but we
discovered that mixing mina versions 1 and 2 inside the framework can
cause the shell to simply print out "Shell not been opened or already
closed". But that is an issue we saw with 4.0 version of SMX, not sure
if you got something like that.

Hi Vincent,
yes, I'm working on the camel-cxf feature which breaks the console (I'm
going to reproduce and investigate what happens exactly). For the
relationship with components, I will check the opened jira tasks about this.
Concerning the release date, it's not defined yet but we're working on it.

Hi JB,
Thanks for your answer. It's much more clear put this way.
Do you have any visibility regarding the release date of SMX 4.2 ? There
are ongoing bug related to the integration between Karaf, Camel-CXF and the
servicemix components (basically you cannot have at the same time Camel-cxf
and the servicemix components) and I hope (very very much :-) ) to see them
fixed in the next release.

Vincent

Hi Vincent,
we are working:
- on the website to improve the SMX4 visibility and provide
roadmap/release plan. Currently, there is not wiki page containing release
plan and roadmap. I will discuss with the team about this but I think that
we will waiting for the new homepage to add it.
- concerning SMX4, NMR 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT will be renamed NMR 1.2 and SMX
4.1.0-SNAPSHOT will be renamed to SMX 4.2 at release time. We are waiting
for a new Karaf release (1.2.2 or 1.4.0) to perform the release.

Hi all,
Where can I find a servicemix release plan ? I'm a bit confused
regarding the versions yet-to-come. I saw some mails on the list refering to
the 4.2.0 snapshot, while the 4.1.0 has not yet been released and has still
some major bugs going on. Maybe this does not refer to the same components
(e.g. karaf vs ServiceMix JBI components) ?
