Hi,
Given the way how you start server, I guess you hit a known issue
tracked by FELIX-1624[1]
FELIX-1624 add new script to start servicemix as server which fix the
problem that ssh login to esb server fails when the esb is run in
background.
As you already use fuse kit, so just try the lastest fuse version
from [2] which I believe already pick up this fix
