AsyncBridge copies properties when sends the exchange to the targetSerivce. Finally after the async response arrives in adds it as out in the original exchange and sends it. So I feel that they are not lost here. I can't tell about re sequencer cause I never used it.
Note, that lot of eips (pipeline, routing-slip etc) come with a boolean property called copyProperties.
