On the issue of external clients or brokers inadvertently connecting a production broker via multicast.
This can be avoided by using a group parameter in the multicast URIs, e.g. uri="multicast://default?group=uat_cluster" in the UAT environment versus uri="multicast://default?group=prod_cluster" in production.
