The installation is on a client's network so they may have made some adjustments, but I suspect not as restarting the server fixed the issue. I have looked just at the server and it appears to be working as expected. There doesn't appear to be any build up of network resources. BTW: The SMX install is running on Win Server 2003 SP 2.
