Hi Freeman,

I have attached a small project that reproduces the problem.  It is based on
the cxf-ws-security-osgi example in the distribution with a couple of small
changes to send/receive a saml token.  Both the client.html and the
request.xml contain a hard-coded saml token in the soap header.
