Hi,
the problem is not on ServiceMix 3.2.2 itself but on your
SM_Order_ServiceAssembly.
The problem is that the OrderBean in the bean property doesn't exist in
the xbean.xml. The OrderBean doesn't exist because the initialization
failed due to file not found sportscheck_conf/properties/mail.properties.
Check where is locate the mail.properties file and create it (empty at
least).

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Propertyfile
sportscheck_conf/properties/mail.properties not found!
This is weird, since the file is there indeed.
