I can't reproduce this problem.
And the org.codehaus.xfire:xfire-parent 1.2.5 actually is in central
repo[1].
Could you check if you can access the central maven repo[1](that might
be a temporary internet access problem)? Or probably
org.codehaus.xfire:xfire-parent 1.2.5 in your local maven repo somehow
corrupted, so you may need remove it from your local maven repo and
build it again.
