It's working now. I really did not make any changes other than restarting my
computer and making sure servicemix.log has the following entry:

10:40:58,911 | INFO  | mix-4.2.0/deploy | ServerImpl                       |
g.apache.cxf.endpoint.ServerImpl   91 | Setting the server's publish address
to be http://0.0.0.0:8092/PersonService/

Here is my Service Section from the WSDL:

<wsdl:service name="PersonService">
<wsdl:port binding="tns:PersonSOAPBinding" name="soap">
<soap:address location="http://0.0.0.0:8092/PersonService/"; />
</wsdl:port>
</wsdl:service>

I am able to use localhost, IP address and computername for both WSDL and
consumer call.
