You can put all needed jars to your component's zip file. So jars will be
visible only to your component.
Also, if user is able to change provider to any one, he may put needed jars
to corresponding SU file.
In this case only particualr configuration (SA) will be able to work with
jars.
This way also allows do not restart SMX.
When component or SA is deployed all requared jars will be deploed as well
don't affecting other components.
