Thanks for the reply. I will try doing as per your suggestion.

But how about uninstalling and re-installing my osgi bundles? I have seen
issues regarding classcastexception and class loading issues if I do not
uninstall bundle before re-installing it.
May be there is a way to access Karaf console from a shell script or java
code to send command osgi:uninstall <bundle-id> ?
