I checked out the components and features directories on trunk this morning and 
built SMX4.  The builds succeed.  When servicemix starts up, the JBI Deployer 
and Commands bundles do not start.

It looks like the bundle org.apache.servicemix.common.osgi is not resolving.  
Am I reading that correctly?  Any idea what's going on?
