This fix is in org.apache.servicemix.bundles.flatpack-3.1.1_4, which
is used by FUSE ESB 4.3.1-fuse-00-00, customer who encounter this
issue is using FUSE ESB 4.3.0-fuse-03-00 which still use
org.apache.servicemix.bundles.flatpack-3.1.1_3.
So customer can upgrade to use FUSE ESB 4.3.1-fuse-00-00 OR use my
workaround suggestion I posted before.
