Hi,
In the old style http provider entpoints there is something like
wantContentTypeHeaderFromExchangeIntoHttpRequest
which you can set to true. With that done you can set the content type
on the exchange as property with HEADER_CONTENT_TYPE. This content type
is then used in the http request.
