Btw karaf-client.jar is still shipped with kit, but moved from lib to lib/bin folder. As a workaround, you can download Apache Karaf 2.1.3[1], extract it, copy the client script file from bin folder to Servicemix 4.3.0 bin folder, it should work as the way Charles mentioned.
