What have you tried so far?  Have you run any of the examples yet?  What parts 
do you not understand?  Break it down some.

Much like you are having trouble to get started without a specific example, the 
list cannot help you without you asking about specific problems you are having.

http://catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html is shorter than the ServiceMix 
documentation and might be good for you to read first.

The next question to ask yourself is why you want to use ServiceMix in the 
first place.  Have you read http://www.eaipatterns.com/ yet?  It is the book 
that all software of this type is based on, in part.

Think about it a little:  If someone went out and tailor-made a tutorial just 
for you at great expense of time and energy, you might be able to demonstrate 
that you learned how to solve this problem, but you would have learned almost 
nothing about ServiceMix in the process.  You would still be too poorly 
equipped to do anything with it on a daily basis and unable to really solve any 
enterprise problems with it.  That is the difference between solving a small 
problem and becoming a practitioner of a system.
