L.S., If you're running ServiceMix in an offline environment, I would recommend you to download the full assembly instead, which is available since Apache ServiceMix 4.4.0 - cfr. http://servicemix.apache.org/downloads/servicemix-4.4.0.html
That assembly contains all the bundles for all the optional features as well as the default ones, so whatever feature you're installing, it should never have to go out to the internet to download additional bundles.
