Apologies Freeman, The the exception was when 47 was active and 241 was resolved. As in my second post I have been playing with javax.mail and javax.activation.
To clarify when, 47 Active 241 Resolved I get the exception in the first post. 47 Active (or resolved) 241 Active I get the exception in the second post. 47 -> org.apache.servicemix.specs.activation-api-1.1 contains javax.activation stuff. 241 -> org.apache.geronimo.specs.geronimo-activation_1.1_spec Im unsure what the differences are but it seems to make a difference. Any other ideas??
