Hi CXF (and ServiceMix) doesn't support WSDL 2.0. There was no interest in supporting it in CXF. You can find some info here http://cxf.547215.n5.nabble.com/CXF-WSDL-2-0-tp5758280p5758304.html.
If your customer really needs WSDL 2.0 you can try to use Axis 2. There were some discussions in some past threads how to use Axis 2 but I don't know the final result.
