ibiblio is defined in maven settings.xml on your machine, isn't it ? Did you try running maven with another settings.xml "mvn -s ~/.m2/default_settings.xml" ? IMO maven compile is the easiest path you can take to upgrade to a different JCR/Felix. The other path is to manually update all the bundles using JCR/Felix. I haven't tried it though so far b/c I prefer maven.
