So, Adobe CQ is using an unreleased version of Sling? Or it's using
released bundles that are not yet part of a sling release?

The javadoc corresponds to released versions, and Sling 7 is not yet
out, see [2] . In the meantime, you can use the javadocs published on
the maven repository with each artifact.
So if you want the /7/ javadoc, feel free to help us with fixing the ITs ;-)
