The only way I know is to copy the entire sling installation directory that
contains jcr datastore, workspace, osgi bundles... etc.

That means, copying   sling/sling  and sling/jackrabbit  if you're using
`java -jar org.apache.sling.launchpad-6-standalone.jar`
