Initialize OBR configuration in a crankstart driven sling instances

With the launchpad one could set 
launchpad/src/main/sling/common.properties:obr.repository.url to a custom URL 
to specify a custom OBR configuration.

Does such a mechanism exist for crankstart driven instances?
