You can subscribe to the distribution events: https://sling.apache.org/documentation/bundles/content-distribution.html
Unfortunately event handling in OSGi also can loose events in certain circumstances. ( For example when on startup your handler is installed after the event is already sent). Christian Am Do., 6.
