[SOGo] no link in email for new AB/CAL

I have just upgraded to 1.2.2 from 1.2.1 and there is no link in the
email when creating a new address book or calendar.

here is a sample email when creating an address book or calendar:

subject: "test" has been created

body: The "test" folder has been created.
