Thanks for info. I found that problem was with configuration of Outlook client. 
I have got a wrong calendar name.

Hi Ladislav,

You can find the log in your Funambol-home under
logs/ds-server/ds-server.log. To find out what is wrong, you have to
extend the log-level first. Open the Funambol-Admin an expand the server
pane to logging. Change the funambol log INFO to DEBUG/TRACE...
