Is it possible that your email address has trailing space character in LDAP or SQL? I think sogo webmail does not have any error handling in SMTP connection. If server rejects email or connection for some reason, you will get "proxy error". It does not block others from using interface. You might be able to see what triggers it in some email server logs or in packet sniffer (tcpdump, wireshark, hunt) logs. -- Tomas
