Hello Ludovic,
I to am having this exact issue. And it started when I did the latest upgrade
to SOGo.1.2.2 stable build from the repository.
Here is my LDAP auth config:
defaults write sogod SOGoUserSources '({CNFieldName = cn; IDFieldName = cn;
UIDFieldName = uid; baseDN = "ou=Users,ou=Accounts,dc=isaz,dc=lan"; bindDN =
"cn=manager,cn=internal,dc=isaz,dc=lan"; bindFields = (uid); bindPassword =
W/ZnI0bEqN29/GWu; canAuthenticate = YES; displayName ="Shared Addresses";
hostname = "localhost"; id = public; isAddressBook = YES; port=389})'
Did something change in this last build regarding LDAP filters?
Thanks,
Kevin

It means that the LDAP bind failed for your users during the login
operation. You have configuration issues.
