Hi

We use SOGo 1.2.2.20100617 in Debian.

A few extra calendars has appeared on some Thunderbird clients.

The calendars appear empty and cannot be updated (it fails when they
try to update).
Some clients has gotten two extra calendars, some four.

I have three screen shots from one of the clients:

1:
http://thomasdamgaard.dk/tmp/sogo/sogo-problem-1.png

Showing how the calendars appear when opening.

2:
http://thomasdamgaard.dk/tmp/sogo/sogo-problem-2.png

Here, the user tries to delete a calendar and clicks OK, but nothing happens.

3:
http://thomasdamgaard.dk/tmp/sogo/sogo-problem-3.png

Showing what happens when double clicking on one of the extra calendars.
The user tries to select "Do not show this calendar": then a padlock
appears next to the calendar instead of a warning sign.

These extra calendars does NOT appear if the same user logs into the
web interface.

What causes the calendars to appear in Thunderbird?
How do we prevent that?
How do we remove these calendars?

Clients run Thunderbird in Windows with these extensions:
Mozilla Lightning - Inverse Edition Version 0.10
SOGo Connector Thunderbird extension Version 0.100
SOGo Integrator Thunderbird extension Version 0.100
