[SOGo] Times off by 2 hours in web client

I just noticed that all events on the web client calendar are 2 hours 
behind the same events on the Thunderbird calendar.  The Tbird events 
are the correct times.

I checked the time zone on my SOGo server and it is correct.  I checked 
the time zone setting in the GNUDefaults file and it is correct.  Also 
in the preferences of the web client. 

Any ideas on how to fix this?
