Hello,

SOGo v1.3.1 is pretty much ready for a release. See http://sogo.nu/bugs/roadmap_page.php for the list of small bug fixes that were applied over 1.3.0.

Selected changes for inclusion in this release were all of minor impact but one:

http://sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=191 - Update the CalDAV scheduling code

This change was about implementing calendar-auto-schedule (http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-desruisseaux-caldav-sched-08) in SOGo.

SOGo was in fact implementing an old revision of that specification. CalDAV clients (like Lightning, iCal 3/4 and others) were responsible of the scheduling aspect (ie., the generation of the "right" event) and then they would POST it to SOGo. So operations were split in two parts (PUT followed by a POST).

Now, everything is done in SOGo. During the PUT operation, SOGo takes care of everything. Subsequent POST (for old clients) are just ignored. This change is quite important because it's all about consistency - the underlying scheduling code is now the same, no matter if you use a CalDAV client or the Web interface.

The upcoming nightly builds (available tomorrow morning, EST/EDT) will have that change so testing would be greatly appreciated with Lightning for Thunderbird 2, 3.1, iCal 3 and iCal 4.

Best regards,
