It's a feature of the CalDAV provider in Lightning in cache mode where it will refresh your calendar cache notwithstanding the auto refresh time. Each time the cache refresh ends, the views are refreshed too. You can safely ignore it.
Yes i can ignore it but when i see this reload and i'm working on events, thunderbird stops to work for a few seconds.. it's very very annoying
