First of all this is working great from within Outlook:

How can I restrict tis to just public events!!!??So the user decide it to show 
the event.
In the web-gui under calendars there: sharing ->Any Authenticated User and 
Public Access. I played around with this rights, but still all of the users 
calenders keep showing up, no secret at all.
