I tested it again with 3.1.3 but the same message in the log of apple address
book server appears if I changed a contact or made a new one ...

P. S. I am a little bit surprised that nobody is interested in this question.
For our (small) company we think about a groupware server on linux basis that
is tightly integrated with thunderbird 3.x. Sogo seems to be adequate but if my
private address book does not work in my personal ecosystem than it is not :-(
My private ecosystem is, that I use mac mini server at home and would like to
have my private data on my home server not in the cloud but tightly integrated
with thunderbird.

So it would be nice to hear what are your plans for such architectures (hope
that this is not only interesting for me :-) or are there ANY hints to try ...
I can only offer to test, if there are any suggestions, hints etc. My problem
is that I am a newbie in this domain and not familiar enough to go deep into
the implementation but if I can help ....
