Each users can do it or if you want to automate this, you can script it
over DAV. Look at the Horde migration scripts included in the SOGo
sources for some examples.
We currently use Seamonkey and some users use Thunderbird. I know
before we can deploy this we have to have a way to get their
addressbooks into the sogo web interface. Would this be something
stored in MySQL or in LDAP?
In a SQL-based database, so MySQL in your case.
